RETURN POLICY
All products sold by Cursed With Ambition are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect address provided at checkout, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.
Defective or Misprinted Items
Replacements or refunds are issued only in the event of a manufacturing defect or printing error. This includes misprints, items damaged upon arrival, or incorrect items received due to a fulfillment error.
Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within seven days of delivery. To submit a claim, customers must provide the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Claims submitted after seven days or without photo evidence will not be approved.
Resolution
If a claim is approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost or a refund may be provided at our discretion. Defective items do not need to be returned.
Shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved replacement items ship at no additional cost.
